Damage & Expections
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items for any visible defects such as cracks, dents, or tears, and promptly notify us if you discover any such issues. This will allow us to assess the situation and take appropriate measures to rectify it.
If your order has been damaged during transit, we understand the inconvenience this can cause. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Please provide three photographs of the product and three photographs of the shipping box, accompanied by a detailed description of the damage. It is imperative to report any damage within 48 hours before the product's initial use.
You may notice that certain items, like candles and wax melts, can soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during shipping. To prevent potential damage from prolonged heat exposure, we suggest choosing a delivery location with a cooler environment, such as a business or a residence with air conditioning. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for products that melt due to prolonged exposure to hot temperatures.
We want to ensure you are fully informed about our policy. We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Moreover, all sales, discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases, and gift cards are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
